On Friday, January 31, 2025, PeopleFluent will perform our monthly system maintenance to our PRODUCTION and TEST/UAT systems. This monthly maintenance is essential and cannot be skipped or paused, as it includes security patches, infrastructure updates, and server restarts.

Start of Maintenance Window:
Friday, January 31, 2025 at 9:00 PM EST / Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 2:00 AM GMT
End of Maintenance Window:
Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 2:00 AM EST / Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 7:00 AM GMT
What to expect?:
- During this maintenance window, users attempting to log into any PeopleFluent products will be greeted by maintenance pages explaining the system is currently unavailable.
- Any outbound export/report scheduled during this time will be canceled.
- SFTP sites may experience connectivity issues. PeopleFluent
recommends to either hold the delivery of data files during this maintenance or resend those once the maintenance completes.

Support will send a follow-up notification only if the window is extended. Your team can restart system activities at the end of the maintenance window.
