Summary

Administrators may need to capture network details from browsers to analyze access or performance issues. The steps to do this are below. View may differ due to various browsers versions and personalizations, however the steps would be the same.

Detailed Information

Step 1 – Right click anywhere in the browser window then click Inspect

Step 2 – Click the Network tab. The views in Chrome, Edge & Firefox are below

Step 3 - Click the gear icon, go to Settings, and then check the "Auto-open DevTools for popups" option.

Step 4 – Perform the steps in the browser to replicate an issue

Step 5 – Click download and save the ‘har’ file to share with support
