This article describes the steps to add additional information (Like Chart / links) to an alert in the Worksheet.

Details:

Reward cycle worksheet alert can contain additional information besides alert Text.  

When clicking on the alert, users can click on the icon (!) under "More Info" to get to the additional information.

To configure this information, administrator can navigate to the corresponding row level alerts, click edit and add a coaching topic in "Links to User Assistance":

Upon opening, the text area can be used with HTML formatting:

Click Save to commit the changes.
