Summary:

When upgrading OrgPublisher v21.x or later, it is imperative that you use the correct install path.  If you do not, the installation can cause your charts to stop functioning.
 

Here's how you obtain the correct install path:

1. On the server where OrgPublisher is installed, run the OrgPublisher Configuration tool
2. On the "Admin Web App" tab, click into the "App Folder" field and copy the entire string and paste it into Notepad
3. If you originally installed using the default path offered by the installer, then it should look like this:
   C:\Program Files\PeopleFluent\OrgPublisher\AdminInstance
   Or if you changed the drive to D: and kept everything else the same, then it would look like this:
   D:\Program Files\PeopleFluent\OrgPublisher\AdminInstance
    
4. The correct install path would be the string minus the "\AdminInstance" portion, i.e.:
   C:\Program Files\PeopleFluent\OrgPublisheror
   D:\Program Files\PeopleFluent\OrgPublisher
    
5. Should you have originally installed it to a different path, and in the OrgPublisher Configuration too,l you see this
   D:\Applications\PeopleFluent\OrgPublisher 22.0\AdminInstance then the correct install path will be:
   D:\Applications\PeopleFluent\OrgPublisher 22.0
