Summary: 

Debug logs are detailed records generated by the system that capture information about internal operations, events, and processes primarily used for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.

To gather debug logs:

• Enable Debugging Option (Manage> System> Debug and Tracing Option)

• Replicate the issue (If applicable, capture new EKP error code)
• Download zipped logs (Manage > System> System Log)

• Disable the Debugging option once you're done (this step is important, leaving it enabled unintentionally can impact system performance).
• Provide support new EKP error code (if applicable) and system logs
