Edit Publish Schedule for a Reward Cycle
Applicable Product:
- Talent Management: Compensation
Applicable Release:
- ALL
Summary:
This article provide recommendations on editing the publish schedule of a reward cycle
Details:
When creating a new or modifying an existing schedule, it is recommended to set the start date greater than today’s date. If existing schedules have a past start date, then the system will immediately start the reward cycle publishing process since the start date is less than today’s date.
For example, in the screenshot in the description, the start date is 10/01/2024, and it was scheduled to run daily. The customer wanted to change the schedule to be every Sunday-Friday, eliminating Saturday. Upon clicking Save, the background job is scheduled to run at the start date, which is 10/01/2024, and will start the reward cycle publishing process since the start date has already passed (less than today’s date).
