Where to check what offline report is currently running and what report is in the queue

This article provide steps to where administrators can check what offline report is currently running and what report is in the queue and reorder as needed
Details:
If multiple offline reports are requested simultaneously, the reports are added to a queue and processed by the earliest requested date. Administrators can use the Offline Report Status Page to view the details of the offline report that is currently running, and reorder any reports that remain in the queue.
To access the Offline Report Status Page, go to Menu > Administration Home > Site Administration > Logs > Offline Report Status.
Offline Report Queue
This section contains a grid with details regarding all offline reports that are in queue to run after the currently running report. You can use the grid to reorder the offline report queue.
To reorder the offline report queue:
1) In the Offline Report Queue section, click Lock Run Report Offline Job.
2) Drag and drop one or more reports in the grid to rearrange the queue.
3) Click Save.
4) Click Unlock Run Report Offline Job.
