Details:

Reward cycle effective date can still be changed in an active reward cycle

In this example, Effective Date was 01/03/2018, but the intended value should be 01/01/2025

To make this change, we have to 

The value originate from the Plan Effective Date, and it is assigned to each record during the "Assign" step of the Plan Processing. 

After the value has been updated, if the plan participants cannot be removed and assigned again, the value can be updated in the Plan Formulas

After that, the plan can be reprocessed and republished to yield the updated value on the worksheet
