RMS - Removing A Workflow Folder Trigger

Summary:
The article explains how to remove an existing workflow trigger for the RMS application. Occasionally, it may become necessary to change some of the triggers that are currently used in the workflow. As a fully certified Client Administrator, you can add new triggers, edit, and delete existing triggers for any workflow. Select the Triggers folder within a Workflow to access the Triggers page.
Detailed Information:
To remove a trigger from a workflow folder:
- Go to Area > Workflows. Highlight an active Workflow and click Modify Workflow on the menu bar.
- Expand the workflow folder from which you want to remove the trigger.
- Click the Triggers folder.
- Highlight a specific trigger in the Triggers list.
- In the lower-left corner of the window, highlight the trigger-role combinations you want to delete.
- Hold down the Ctrl key to highlight more than one row.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Click the Save button. The trigger-role combination is deleted from the workflow folder; however, the trigger is still available for use in the global list of triggers.
