Account has been frozen due to inactivity.

Summary:

Users must log in at least once within a designated time frame, which can be configured in the iPaaS Admin dashboard under the Settings section.

 

 

If a user fails to meet this login requirement, they will see the following message upon their next login attempt:

 Account has been frozen due to inactivity.

Fix:

  1. Navigate to Users
  2. Search by username or firstname/lastname
  3. Scroll down to "Account Access"
  4. Notice the error text.
  5. Check "Unlock" and save the record.
