Summary:
Users must log in at least once within a designated time frame, which can be configured in the iPaaS Admin dashboard under the Settings section.
If a user fails to meet this login requirement, they will see the following message upon their next login attempt:
Account has been frozen due to inactivity.
Fix:
- Navigate to Users
- Search by username or firstname/lastname
- Scroll down to "Account Access"
- Notice the error text.
- Check "Unlock" and save the record.
