User SSRK is case sensitive

Applicable Product:

Applicable Release:

Summary:

This article explains why the Users import feed returns an error even if the SSRK is the same

Details:

When import the User File Feed, the following error can be encountered if the SSRK was not matching.

Example:

Cannot change User's SSRK from [firstname.lastname@mycompany.com] to [Firstname.Lastname@mycompany.com]; see User Id [04D251072281422E92D5E92X2771E1F7], SSRK [firstname.lastname@mycompany.com], and login [firstname.lastname@mycompany.com] Request SSRKs by Type: ["/User":"Firstname.Lastname@mycompany.com", "/User/Person":"01234"]

The reason is SSRK is case sensitive and treat these two as different records.  When the case do not match, the record is returned as an error.

To resolve this issue, simply correct the case of the SSRK and resend the file.
