Summary:

As of Release 25.07, users can now view delegated employees in the Status of Active Processes dashboard widget, specifically for Performance processes. This enhancement does not apply to worksheets or off-cycle processes.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access the Dashboard Widget

• Navigate to the Status of Active Processes widget on your dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the "Display Counts for:" Field

• In the widget settings, find the dropdown labeled Display Counts for:.

Step 3: Select the New Option

• Choose Employees Delegated to Me from the dropdown list.

Step 4: Review the Displayed Counts

• The widget will now show counts for employees who are currently delegated to you.

 Important Notes

• The Employees Delegated to Me option will only display under the following conditions:
  1. Delegated employees must be active in one of the following workflows:
     • Goal Setting
     • Interim Evaluation
     • Final Evaluation
  2. The delegation must be currently active, based on the start and end dates.
  3. If the delegation is marked as Global, the delegated employees will appear for all performance plans.
