25.07-Changing the Workflow Action Owner in Performance Plans

Summary:
Previously, once a Performance Plan workflow was initiated, it was not possible to change the action owner without rebuilding the entire workflow. As of this release, administrators can now override the default action owner for specific workflow steps—streamlining updates without needing to recreate the plan.
Important Notes
- Default owner override is not available for the following action statuses:
- Initiate
- Accepted
- Completed
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the Performance Plan
- Go to: Performance Administration → Performance Management → Performance Management Plans
2. Edit the Plan
- Locate the appropriate plan and click Edit icon
3. Access the Workflow Configuration
- In the left navigation menu, select the relevant workflow process tab under the Process Configuration section.
4. Modify the Workflow Step
- Click the wrench icon next to the workflow step you want to update.
5. Override the Action Owner
- In the Action Owner(s) section, click the Action Owner(s) Override field.
- Select one or more of the available options.
- Click OK.
6. Save Your Changes
- Click Save to apply the update.
Additional Info
- If you create a copy of the plan, the action owner override settings will be retained in the new version.
