25.07-Overall Feedback Field on Performance Plan Forms

Summary:

A new Overall Feedback field is now available for Performance Plan forms. This field displays feedback that is not tied to a specific goal or competency, making it easier for users—including delegated individuals—to view relevant feedback directly on the form.

When enabled, this field shows all feedback not associated with a goal or competency from the past 12 months, providing quick access for evaluation without navigating to a separate feedback link.

⚠️ Important: This field displays feedback outside of standard form security. Use caution when enabling and configuring this field.


How to Add the Overall Feedback Field to a Form

  1. Navigate to the appropriate Performance Plan.
  2. Access the form where you want to add the field.
  3. In a section such as Overall (or any section other than Goals, Job Essentials, or Competencies—including custom sections):
    • Click the Actions field.
    • Select Configure Fields.
  4. Click Item Left to display all available fields.
  5. In the Available Options column, locate Overall Feedback (Feedback Responses).
  6. Select it and click the >> button to move it to the Selected Options column.
  7. Click Save.

Accessing Feedback on the Form

Once the field is added:

  • Click the eye icon to view the feedback directly on the form.
