This article provide examples on how to create a Performance Plan alert for a scenario where an alert is triggered when no goals were entered for an Employee

Details:

In Performance Review, sometimes employees did not enter any Goals before submitting.  An alert can be created to check for this scenario when no goals was entered. 

To create this alert, navigate to the Performance Plan

"Alerts" -> View Alerts By Type "Overall Rating"

Add the following alert

Click "Save"
