Administrators can link one or more training centers to a holiday calendar to help course administrators plan scheduled events for training centers and their resources.

To link a training center to a holiday calendar:

1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Holiday Calendars. The Holiday Calendars page opens, listing the first 10 holiday calendars by default.

2. Click the name of the holiday calendar you want to link a training center to, or select Edit from its action menu. The Holiday Calendar page opens on the Details tab.

3. Click the Training Centers tab. The first 10 training centers linked to the holiday calendar are shown in the list by default.

4. Click Link Training Center. The Training Center selector opens.

5. Select the training centers to link to the holiday calendar and click Save. The training centers are added to the list in the Training Center tab.

6. Optional steps:

• Click Back to return to the Holiday Calendars page.
• Click the name of the training center to edit it in the Edit Training Center page.
• Select Unlink from a training center's action menu to unlink it from the holiday calendar.
