Stakeholder Areas of Responsibility

Applicable Product:

  • Talent Management: Performance

Applicable Release:

Summary:

Stakeholders can be assigned to specific areas of responsibility within your organization. Each area corresponds to a dynamic role that defines what actions the stakeholder can perform and what data they can access. Assigning a stakeholder to an area of responsibility automatically grants them the associated dynamic role.

Note: Some dynamic roles require the user to also have a corresponding static role (e.g., HR Business Partner) to access certain pages or perform specific actions.
