This article addresses an issue where the Employee Overall Rating field is being cleared unexpectedly when used outside its intended section in the Final Evaluation form.
Issue Description
The field labeled “Please indicate how effectively you demonstrate these competencies overall:” is being reset or cleared when placed in sections other than the Overall section of the form.
Cause
- The Employee Overall Rating field is restricted to the Overall section of the form.
- It cannot be reused in other sections such as Values or Competencies.
- Each rating field can only be used once per form.
Resolution
- Use the Employee Overall Rating field only in the Overall section.
- Do not duplicate or reference this field in other sections to avoid data loss or unexpected behavior.
