Issue Description

The Overall Evaluation Score, which combines Competency and Goal ratings, is not calculating as expected.

Cause

• The Goals average rating is functioning correctly.
• The Competencies average rating is not calculating because there are no individual competency ratings present in the Competency section.

Expected Behavior

• Each competency should have an individual rating.
• These ratings are required fields and are used to calculate the average competency score.
• The competency average is then combined with the goals average to produce the Overall Evaluation Score.

Resolution

• Ensure competencies are properly assigned through both the performance plan and job roles.
• Confirm that each competency includes an individual rating to enable accurate calculations.

System Support

• The system includes alerts to notify users when required ratings are missing.
• These alerts help ensure all necessary data is entered before finalizing the evaluation.
