How to View Existing Plans

Summary:
This article demonstrates how to view existing What-If plans. PeopleFluent OrgPublisher's What-if Planning feature allows users with the appropriate permissions to create new reporting or succession relationship charts and modify or delete existing planning charts. End users, selected individuals, or planners can create reporting and succession relationship charts.
Detailed Information:
Users with the appropriate permissions can view a table of What-If Planning charts that users have created. Users can click on column headings to sort the table and highlight plans that have not been modified within a set period of days.
To view existing plans:
- Go to Home > Web Apps > Web App Name > Chart Name > What-if Planning > Baseline.
- Click View.
- Optionally, click on any column heading to sort the table.
- Optionally, enter a value in the field at the bottom of the table to highlight plans that have not been modified in the specified number of days, then click the Refresh icon.
- Click the Close icon to close the window.
