Manage a 1:1 Conversation - Start a Conversation with another Employee

Details:

You may want to schedule a conversation with someone who is not a direct report (or to whom you do not report directly), such as a skip-level meeting.  To do this:

  1. Click the Start a Conversation button.

  2. Click the All Employees button. 

    Note: If you don't have any direct reports, you will not see this button.  The All Employees list displays automatically.

  3. Select a user from the list.
