Summary:

You can search for users who who have been awarded one or more of the competencies assigned to a particular job profile, and rank them according to how closely they satisfy the competency requirements for the job profile.

To rank users by job profile competencies

1. Go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Models. The Competency Models page opens.
2. Click Groups. The Competency Group Editor opens.
3. Click the User Ranking icon on the Competency Group Editor toolbar. The User Ranking page opens in the editor.
4. Select a job profile from the drop-down list. Users who have at least one of the required competencies for the job profile are listed and ranked by percentage of the required competencies they have been awarded.
5. Optionally, click a user's name to open their Career Summary page in the Career Development Center.
