Summary:

This article shows how to make a question required in the Questionnaires page

Details:

1. Go to Area > Questionnaires.
   
2. Click on Questionnaire Templates on the page header.
   
    
3. Select a template you want to modify and click "Modify"
   
4. Click to expand the Questionnaire Questions panel
   
5. Select the Question you need to mark as required and click on "Edit Properties"
   
6. Click on Always Require this Question 
   
7. Click OK to save
   
8. A red mark will be present on the question which indicates that it is required
   
    
9.  On the lower right hand of the page, click on Save
