Summary:

You can edit a job profile catalog to rename it or configure its access permissions.

Administrators with unrestricted access to the Job Profiles feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can edit job profile catalogs.

To edit a job profile catalog

1. Go to Manage Center > Talent > Job Profiles. The Job Profiles page opens with a list of the catalogs at the top level of the hierarchy.
2. Select the catalog you want to edit. You may need to expand the catalog hierarchy.
3. Click the action menu above the list and select an option from the drop-down list.
