Summary:

You can create job profile groups for convenient grouping of individual job profiles.

You can assign a certification to a job profile group so that when employees have acquired all of the  competencies in a group, they are awarded the corresponding certification.

You configure job profile groups in the Job Profile Groups Editor, from which you can also see user rankings for job profiles and run job profile reports.

To use job profile groups, the Enable job profile groups system configuration setting must be enabled.

Visibility of job profile groups is determined by the competency model in which they are configured.

Administrators with unrestricted access to the Job Profile Groups Editor feature in System Roles (Manage  Features > Competency Manager Features) can create, edit, and delete job profile groups and map them to job  profiles.

To configure job profile groups, go to Manage Center > Talent > Job Profile Groups.
