Edit a Job Profile Group

Summary:
- When editing a job profile group, you can:
- Update its basic details
- Assign it to a different competency model
- Add or remove its job profiles
- Activate or deactivate it
Administrators with unrestricted access to the Job Profile Groups Editor feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can edit job profile groups.
To edit a job profile group
- Go to Manage Center > Talent > Job Profile Groups.
- The Job Profile Groups Editor opens.
- To open the group you want to edit, click the Search icon on the Job Profile Group Editor toolbar and search for it by name or reference code. Alternatively, select the competency model containing the group you want to edit from the Job catalogs drop-down list. The groups assigned to the selected competency model are listed under the drop-down list. Click the group name to open it in the editor.
- Update the group properties as required.
- Click the Save icon on the Job Profile Groups Editor toolbar.
