This article explains how recruiters or hiring managers can follow candidates in PeopleFluent Recruiting to receive notifications about profile actions, stage changes, communications, and teammate notes. Users can follow or unfollow candidates via the satellite signal button on the candidate profile or within the position pipeline's "Pipeline" tab.

When you opt to follow a candidate, PeopleFluent Recruiting will notify you of any action on their profile, including moving to a new stage, any communication, and any notes from a teammate (even if they didn't @-mention you)
On the Candidate Profile, to the right of their name, click the satellite signal button. When that candidate's activity is no longer relevant to you can click the same button to stop following.
You can also follow them from the position pipeline as well:
- Locate a position
- Go to the "Pipeline" tab of the position.
- Click the satellite signal button icon next to the candidate's name on the display grid view.
