How to Mark A Candidate Private in PFR

Summary:
This article is to demonstrate how a recruiter or hiring manager can mark a candidate as private. This is useful when you do not want to share candidate details with everyone in the hiring process.
When you mark a candidate as private, the details of that candidate profile will be made inaccessible to all but the person who marked them private and administrators. The candidate will still appear in candidate lists and pipelines, but will be shown as private.
Note: Only company admins and hiring managers can perform this function.
Detailed information:
- Open the candidate’s profile.
- Click the more button
near the top-right corner of the window. - Select Mark Private.
