Catalog administrators can auto-populate the list of instructors based on current instructor assignments for all classroom training sessions.

To auto-populate instructors

1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Instructors. The Instructors page opens, listing the first 10 instructors by default.
2. Click Auto-Populate. The Auto-Populate dialog opens, explaining how the instructors and their qualifications are added to the list.
3. Click Auto-Populate. The LMS searches through all current course instructor assignments to populate the qualified course list for each instructor. The dialog updates to show the number of instructor qualifications that were added.
4. Click OK to close the Auto-Populate dialog. The Instructors list is updated based on current instructor assignments.
