If you don't see certain fields in the search results dialog, it is because those fields have not been set to "Searchable" and the fields have not been added to the "Search Results" setting.
A) Making a field searchable:
- In OrgPublisherAdministration, go to the chart in question
- Click on the "Fields" tab
- Click on the field that is not showing up in the Search results dialog box
- Click on the "Search Properties" tab
- Check the "Allow this field to be searchable..." box:
- Click "Save"
- Repeat steps 3-6 for any of your fields that you want to show up in the search results
B) Ensure searchable fields have been added to "Search Results"

- Click on the View you wish to configure
- Next, click on the "Search Results" tab
- In the "Configure Columns" section, double-click on the desired field in the "Unassigned" column and it will get added to the "Assigned" column.
