Summary:

Example:  some Box Titles with long names are getting cut off in some boxes

This can happen if some departments have long department names.  To ensure that all the information is displayed, set the field (in this case, Box Title) to "Expandable".

NOTE:  Before you do the following the steps to make the name field expandable, export your chart to make a backup of it.  Here's how:

1. Log on to OrgPublisherAdministration
2. Click on the "Web Apps" tab
3. Click on the appropriate web app
4. In the far right column, click on the "Actions" icon and select "Export"
5. You'll find a file with the .opchart extension in your Downloads folder

 
Setting a field to be expandable:

1. Log on to OrgPublisherAdministration
2. Select the charting web app and then the chart
3. Click on the Views tab and select the view in question
4. Click on the Format and Visibility tab
5. In the Box Format tab, you should see the formatting for the Manager position type - click on the "Box Title" field

6. In the right-hand pane, you should see the "Properties" for the "Box Title" field - turn on the "Expandable" setting:

   

7. Then click the "Apply" button
8. Then re-publish your chart and view it
