PeopleFluent System Maintenance Notification for 9:00 PM Eastern Friday, October 10, 2025

PeopleFluent System Maintenance Notification for 9:00 PM Eastern Friday, October 10, 2025 to Monday, October 13, 9:00 AM

Dear PeopleFluent Customers and Partners,

On Friday, October 10th 2025 at 9pm Eastern / 6pm Pacific, PeopleFluent will be offline during a larger than normal maintenance window impacting our US production data center.  Operations are expected to resume no later than October 13th at 9am Eastern / 6am Pacific.

We are using this window to migrate our systems to a newer, more operationally efficient data center facility.

When we resume operations in the new location, all system access (URLs and IPs) remain unchanged, and operational parameters will return to normal.

What to expect:

  • During this maintenance window, users attempting to log into any PeopleFluent products will be greeted by maintenance pages explaining the system is currently unavailable.
  • Any outbound export/report scheduled during this time will be canceled.
  • SFTP sites will not be available. PeopleFluent recommends to either hold the delivery of data files during this maintenance or resend those once the maintenance completes.

Q&A:

Will this impact PeopleFluent operations in other (non US) regions?
No, if you have services hosted in the EU/UK they remain unchanged.

What if my users try to access the system during this downtime?  If you complete things earlier, can we log in and use the system?
We will have maintenance pages online that remind all users that systems will be down for maintenance.  If systems are available earlier than scheduled, maintenance pages will be removed and normal login screens will be presented.

I have a scheduled report or job that normally runs during the maintenance period.  What will happen?
In most cases, you will need to run your job manually after the system is back online.

Should I stop my data feeds during this time period?  Will APIs still be available?
As stated above, integrations/data feeds and apis will not be available for the duration of the maintenance.
All systems will be offline during this period and won’t be available for sftp transfers, web or API calls.  We recommend that you pause any automated jobs from other systems during this maintenance period.

Given the duration of this maintenance, will you be taking maintenance again later in October as previously published?
For the US, no maintenance window will follow.  We recognize that this is a longer than average maintenance and the previously scheduled Production Maintenance window on October 31st from 9pm to 2am ET is cancelled for our US production facilities.  We appreciate your cooperation and want to minimize your downtime this month.   Maintenance for our EU/UK data center will happen as scheduled.

Why did you schedule this particular weekend?
October 13th is a federal holiday, observed as Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples' Day.  In some states, it is also a state and/or legal holiday.  Additionally, Canada recognizes the Thanksgiving holiday for 2025 on October 13th. As such, many of our customers are expected to have lower demand in the days surrounding the holiday weekend.  We are aiming to reduce our customer impact as much as possible while ensuring we have adequate time (with a reserve) to complete this move.

Are you using a new data center provider?
No - The data center provider is an existing partner and we are leveraging a new location within their network.

Are you changing any security controls or certifications with this move?
No - All our security controls remain the same.  Your data remains within the US geographic/compliance region and we continue to operate under identical controls.

Does this change your Disaster Recovery plan due to a geographic location change?
No, our US data centers remain more than 100 miles apart and adhere to our distance and diversity requirements to address regional outages.  Our US DR location remains the same and continues to contain an offsite copy of your data during the move.

I have a question you haven’t answered.  Who do I contact?
Please feel free to log a support ticket with your specific questions.
