- Cause
Due to changes in the Java version from 25.06 onwards, the date format in csv and xls report outputs is not being recognised as a date.
Java uses CLDR (Unicode Common Locale Data Repository) for localized date formatting (month names, week start day, etc.).

- Translations of month/day names in various languages.
- Formatting conventions (e.g., short vs long patterns, local vs international symbols).
- Default calendar conventions in some locales.

As the data is not being treated as a date, any sorting of data will not be in chronological order. It is also not possible to change the format of the cell.
- Workaround
To workaround the issue, in Excel, select the column with dates/times.
Do find/replace (control & H) and replace the comma with nothing.
Click 'Replace all'
