Compensation Features
The features and enhancements described in this section apply to PeopleFluent Compensation. Because this application is configurable per client, new features may affect each implementation differently. For more information about any new feature, and how it can be used in specific implementations, contact a PeopleFluent representative.
These features will be available when the client is upgraded to this version of PeopleFluent Compensation.
Add Conditional Editability to the Add Job Field in Compensation Planning Worksheets
Functionality
Salary Planning and Total Compensation Planning worksheets include an Add Job field that allows managers to add a job code for a user. Setting the field to Read/Write in reward cycle configuration allows the field to be edited in the worksheet. In some cases, you may want to allow the field to be editable, but not for employees who do not meet specific criteria. For example, you would like to prevent managers from adding a job for employees who are below a certain performance level. Previously, there was not a way to set rules around editing the Add Job field in a worksheet. In release 25.11, we have added the ability to create rules in reward cycle configuration. If an employee does not meet the rule criteria, the field is read only and a job can't be added.
Details
To configure the rule:
- Open the appropriate Salary or Total Compensation reward cycle configuration and click Column Manager in the left menu.
- Locate the Add Job field. Scroll to the Editability column on the far right.
- Click the + icon to open the Add Rule window.
- Configure the rule as necessary.
- Click Save.
General Updates to Off-Cycle Recommendation Forms
Functionality
In release 25.11, we have made some general enhancements to the Off-Cycle Recommendation forms.
Details
Pipeline Updates
In release 25.11, the pipeline graphics for off-cycle forms have been updated to match the more recent updates to other Compensation forms.
Additional Enhancements
- Recommendation section fields adjusted for Salary and Stock forms.
- Updates to the Budget Summary graph bar colors.
- Budget Summary content aligned to the left.
- 3-Year Compensation History widget is wider.
- New "loading" graphic.
Additional updates have been made to the Salary Recommendation form. Please see Off-Cycle Salary Recommendation Form Updates below.
Off-Cycle Salary Recommendation Form Updates
Functionality
Enhancements have been made to the Off-Cycle Salary form, including:
- The image that displays new job title and current job title when a new job code is selected has been updated. Example below:
- In addition, the image was previously displayed to the right of the Recommendation Details. It has been moved to display to below the other details of the form.
In addition to the changes listed here, there have been some general updates to the Form. Please see General Updates to Off-Cycle Recommendation Forms.
Off-Cycle Team Reward Initiation
Functionality
In release 25.11, changes have been made to the Off-Cycle Team Rewards initiation screen. Most notably, the Selected Award Recipients section has been relocated below the Team Recommendations section. In addition, there is a new delete icon and the Back button has been removed.
The image below shows the updated screen:
Performance Features
The features and enhancements described in this section apply to PeopleFluent Performance. Because these applications are configurable per client, new features may affect each implementation differently. For more information about any new feature, and how it can be used in specific implementations, contact a PeopleFluent representative.
These features will be available when the client is upgraded to this version of PeopleFluent Performance.
Ability to Export Calibration Smart Grids
Functionality
In Calibration settings, you have the ability to view the data in a list grid. Previously, the data was not exportable from this view. You were required to export this data from a report. In release 25.11 we have added the ability to export the calibration data directly from the grid.
Details
Export Function
On the calibration grid layout, there are two new options: Export to CSV and Export to Excel.
Key Attribute Fields
When key attribute fields are added or reordered in the calibration templates, these fields will be reflected in all existing calibration sessions in the grid layout.
- Saved Grid Views - no modifications will be made to the saved grid view except to add the missing or reordered key attribute fields. For added fields, any of those missing from the saved grid view will be appended to the column list. For reordered fields, the saved grid view will be overridden by the reordered fields. All key attribute fields will be removed from the saved view and added back in the order listed under Calibration Templates > Basics > Key Attribute Columns.
- Non-Saved Grid Views - the fields will be added or reordered to the grid for all calibration sessions in the order listed under Calibration Templates > Basics > Key Attribute Columns.

Edit Live Performance Plans
Functionality
Previously, once a performance plan was live, it was difficult to change any of its settings in the event of a serious error. In most cases, the plan had to be stopped and the process restarted all over again. In release 25.11, we have added functionality that allows PeopleFluent support to open plan settings in order to make required changes, mitigating the need to restart the plan.
Please contact your PeopleFluent representative or PeopleFluent support if you have a need to make changes to a plan.
Distribution Curve Graphic Available for the Manager Evaluation Form
Functionality
In release 25.11, we have added the ability to include a distribution curve graphic on the manager evaluation form of a performance plan. This allows the manager to view where an employee's peers have been rated when selecting an overall rating for the employee.
