This article demonstrates how to create a requisition template. Requisition templates can help you quickly create requisitions. A requisition template contains most of the information needed to create a requisition, thereby reducing the amount of data entry required to create a new one.

Users with Use / Manage Templates permission can create and save new requisition templates. This permission is assigned in the PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. About Templates

Depending on the permissions that have been assigned to you, you may be able to:

  • Use public templates that have been created by other users.
  • Create private templates for your own personal use.
  • Create public templates for use by other users.

Note: If you find yourself repeatedly creating similar requisitions for your group or department, you should consider creating and saving requisition templates as a time-saving step.
