Summary:
The Ad Hoc Reports tab on the Decision View Dashboard is governed by page definition access, not main menu visibility.

Symptoms:

• Dashboard tab appears despite being hidden in the main navigation.
• Menu visibility changes do not remove the tab.

Root Cause:

Page access to adHocReportListAction controls the tab, menu, and dashboard have separate visibility paths.

Resolution Steps:

1. Navigate to Security → Page Visibility.
2. Locate adHocReportListAction and restrict access for roles as needed.
3. Proxy-test with affected roles to confirm tab visibility changes.
4. Document changes for audit/rollback.
