Editing goal descriptions in the repository does not update goals for participants already been initiated.

Symptoms:

• Updated descriptions apply only to newly initiated participants.
• Previously initiated participants retain old descriptions.

Resolution Steps:

1. Use 'Refresh Cascading Goals' if updates should apply to all initiated participants.
2. Alternatively, create new goals specific to the updated descriptions for the current cycle.
3. Communicate the impact of the refresh to avoid unintended changes.
