Summary:
Performance Administrators can use the Legal Assistant Scan Categories page to modify existing scan categories and their associated scan phrases.
Accessing the Legal Assistant Scan Categories Page
- Navigate to:
Menu → Administration Home → Performance Administration → Data Setup → Legal Assistant Scan Categories
Editing a Scan Category
- On the Legal Assistant Scan Categories page, locate the scan category you want to update.
- Click the Edit icon next to the category.
The Legal Scan Category page opens. - In the Scan Category section, update any of the following fields:
- Scan Name
- Scan Suggestion
- Scan Severity
- Click Save.
Managing Legal Scan Phrases
Within the Legal Scan Phrases section, you can add, edit, or delete phrases.
Add a Scan Phrase
- Click Add.
- Enter a single word, or a phrase up to 255 characters, enclosed in double quotation marks (
"). - Select the desired language.
- Click Save.
Edit a Scan Phrase
- Click the Edit icon for the phrase you want to modify.
- Update the phrase text, change the language, or both.
- Click Save when finished.
Delete a Scan Phrase
- Click the Delete icon next to the phrase.
- Click OK to confirm deletion.
