Add/Edit/Delete a Legal Assistant Scan Category

Summary:

Performance Administrators can use the Legal Assistant Scan Categories page to modify existing scan categories and their associated scan phrases.


Accessing the Legal Assistant Scan Categories Page

  1. Navigate to:
    Menu → Administration Home → Performance Administration → Data Setup → Legal Assistant Scan Categories

Editing a Scan Category

  1. On the Legal Assistant Scan Categories page, locate the scan category you want to update.
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the category.
    The Legal Scan Category page opens.
  3. In the Scan Category section, update any of the following fields:
    • Scan Name
    • Scan Suggestion
    • Scan Severity
  4. Click Save.

Managing Legal Scan Phrases

Within the Legal Scan Phrases section, you can add, edit, or delete phrases.

Add a Scan Phrase

  1. Click Add.
  2. Enter a single word, or a phrase up to 255 characters, enclosed in double quotation marks (").
  3. Select the desired language.
  4. Click Save.

Edit a Scan Phrase

  1. Click the Edit icon for the phrase you want to modify.
  2. Update the phrase text, change the language, or both.
  3. Click Save when finished.

Delete a Scan Phrase

  1. Click the Delete icon next to the phrase.
  2. Click OK to confirm deletion.
