Summary:

This knowledge base article demonstrates the feature enhancement of the ability to bulk generate employee statements from the Matrix Manager View. 
 
 Details:

Previously, the Matrix Manager's view of a worksheet only allowed for statements to be generated individually per employee.  In release 26.04, we have added the ability to bulk generate employee statements from this view. 

A new Statements button can be enabled in the Matrix Manager UI configuration in the reward cycle configuration.  When a user selects the button in the Matrix Manager view, it will bulk generate statements for all employees in the view.

Enable the Statements Button

1. Access the appropriate reward cycle configuration and click Matrix Manager UI Configuration in the left menu.
2. The Statements button is located near the top of the screen. Click the set visibility icon and select Set Visibility.
3. In the Default Visibility field, select Visible.
4. Click Save.

Generating Bulk Statements in the Worksheet

1. Go to the appropriate worksheet.  Filter the worksheet view as necessary. The bulk action will generate statements for all employees in the filtered view.
2. Click the Statements button.  

3. Click PDF to generate the statements.
