This knowledge base article demonstrates how RMS administrators can enable a client parameter.
Details:
RMS administrators can configure various settings in PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal using the Client Parameters feature. Client Parameters allow administrators to configure pages, panels, or fields within the PeopleFluent Recruiting Portal. The following client parameters are currently available (with more to be added in future updates):
Note: Client Parameters is only accessible to users with the appropriate role permissions. For more information, please see the PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal online help.

| Client Parameter | Description |
| UDLENABLED | This client parameter enables the Configurable Layouts feature. For more information on this feature see About Configurable Layouts. |
| STRICT_MODE_ON_FOR_FIRING_TRIGGERS | When this client parameter is enabled, users will only be able to fire triggers in the order that they were logged for each profile. For more information on how this parameter affects trigger behavior see About Queued Triggers. |
| CONTINUIOUS_SOURCING_FRESHNESS | This client parameter ensures that the Continuous Sourcing Configuration only searches for the most current candidate profiles in the system. For more information on Continuous Sourcing see About Continuous Sourcing Configuration. |
| RESTRICT_REQUISITION_MOVES | This client parameter allows users to restrict moving or copying candidates to another workflow. This client parameter supports clients who must adhere to Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance rules. Make sure a default folder is set up for each workflow. | MAX_BULK_EMAIL | This client parameter allows users to limit the number of email message a user can send. For more information, see Send Bulk Email. |
| TM_INVITE_INTERNAL_CAND_EMAIL | This client parameter controls the invite to apply email message sent to internal candidates. This client parameter is always enabled. The Parameter Value is the name of the email template that is created in PeopleFluent RMS Administration Portal. Users can change the template used by entering another template name in this field. For more information see Invite Talent Management Candidates to Apply for a Position in RMS. |
| ALLOW_FEEDBACK_REQUEST | This client parameter enables the Request Feedback option on the Actions menu of the candidate profile. For more information see Request Candidate Feedback. |
| COMPARE_CANDIDATES | This client parameter enables the Compare Candidates option on the Actions menu of the candidate list. This parameter also enables the Compare Candidates option on the shortcut menu when multiple candidates are selected within a requisition folder. For more information see About Candidate Compare. |

To enable the Configurable Layouts parameter:
- Go to the Primary Navigation Bar > Admin > Client Parameters.
- On the Client Parameters screen, locate the parameter you want to enable or disable and click the Edit button.
- Do one of the following:
- To enable a client parameter, select the check box in the Value column and then click Update.
- To disable a client parameter, clear the check box in the Value column and then click Update.
- Click SAVE to close the Client Parameters screen.
- Refresh your web browser to see your changes.
