Summary:
This knowledge base article demonstrates how system administrators can show/hide the chart's filter selector.

The General page allows users with the appropriate permissions to configure view defaults. The "Show Filter Selector" permission allows users to filter on a certain option. When selected, it displays the Filter selection drop-down list in the Charting web app. These filters vary by chart based on the filters configured in the Administration web app and the group filters made available from the published OrgPublisher chart.

 Details:

To show or hide the chart filter selector:

1. Go to Home > Web Apps > Web App Name > Chart Name > General.
   
   
    
2. In the Toolbar section, select Show Filter Selector to display the selector, or clear it to hide it. Simply toggle
   it on or off.
   
   
3. If the Filter Selector is shown, optionally select Show Position Types to display them in filters, or clear it to hide them. 
4. Click Save to save and close, or click Apply to save your changes and continue editing chart options.

You must publish the chart to see your changes reflected in the Charting web app.
