Currently, TM assumes that users only want to associate “current” development activities to their plan competencies since there could be many “historical” activities that are not applicable.
As a workaround for this current restriction, employees can temporarily change the status of their development activities to anything other than “Completed” or “Canceled”; perform the association; then change the status back to 'Completed' once the association is done.
The above behavior may be addressed in a future release of Talent Management application. In the meantime, the described workaround is the only solution that can be offered.
To change the current 'Status' of a Development Activity, the user will need to navigate to the 'Development Activity' page of their Talent Profile. This can be achieved via the dashboard 'Development Activities' widget or by selecting 'Talent Profile'.
Once the user reaches the Development Activities page, they should find their 'completed' activity(ies) under the Development History section.
To change the status, click on the 'Manage' icon for the desired activity.
Select the new status from the field drop down menu and click on Save. The user can now associate the activity to the desired competency in their evaluation plan.

Once this association is done, the user can return to their Talent Profile and return the activity status to
