Issues List
| ZenDesk Ticket IDs | Internal ID | Issue Title | Issue and Resolution Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| 381302 | PFTMP-3495 | Calculated field outside authorizations outputs as $0.00 on powerpoint | Previously, in secured charts, numeric fields that were secured were showing “0” values when exported to PDF/PPT. This has been corrected so those values are not displayed. |
| 381036 | PFTMP-3494 | Exporting to PDF/PPT results in timeout | Previously, migrated charts contained incorrect values for the text area size object for the Legend. Additionally, the red colour value for the negative number format did not have the 6 character value. This has been corrected. |
| 381039,384304,384565 | PFTMP-3493 | Exporting more than 2 levels gets a Timeout message | In a previous fix that added a timeout value, it was hard coded which resulted in any export taking more than that hard coded value, the export would fail. This has been corrected and the timeout period can be set in the General tab in the “Photo Timeout Limit” parameter. |
| PFTMP-3489 | Selecting a person in Search dialog who is in hidden group elicits incorrect response | In previous versions, when a manager and the people in their span of control belong to a hidden position type, clicking on someone in that span in the Search dialog had two different incorrect responses. This has been corrected to: - Highlight the manager’s box if that manager is hidden, and display Box Title and Job title only - If someone under that manager is found and selected in the Search, they are correctly displayed. If they are hidden, the “record cannot be displayed” message is shown as expected. |

| 375715 | PFTMP-3473 | Deleting position types causes chart to become unuseable | Previously, a migrated chart with custom position types AND the data set used to publish the chart contains records with those custom position types, deleting any of the custom position types in the migrated chart will cause the chart to become unuseable. This has been corrected. |
| 372350 | PFTMP-3440 | Email field is not clickable | Previously, custom fields of "Email" type did not get rendered as a mailto: hyperlink. This has been corrected so “Email” type fields are rendered correctly so they are clickable and triggers the default email client. |
| 371437 | PFTMP-3436 | Previously, in secured charts, numeric fields that were secured were showing “0” values when exported to PDF/PPT. This has been corrected so those values are not displayed. | In previous versions, exporting a chart set to a language other than English resulted in PDF’s and PPT’s displaying the word "Legend" in English, i.e. it does not get translated. This has been corrected so that the localised version of the word “Legend” displays in PDF/PPT. |
| 334972 | PFTMP-3279 | Add 'Export to Excel' to main chart | Export to Excel functionality has been added to the main chart toolbar. This functionality exports data for displayed boxes in the charts, and follows the formatting of the Search dialog columns. |
| 329552 | PFTMP-3256 | Assistant records that share a box is not honouring Pos Seq ordering | In previous versions, when there are multiple records in a box and they are all Assistant record types, the ordering di not honour the Position Sequence values and was forcing Open Position records to the bottom. This has been corrected and the Position Sequence value is respected when it is present. |
| 328912,356775 | PFTMP-3253 | Migrated charts created in non-English legacy OrgPublisher is causing the "Name" field to fail | In previous versions, charts created in legacy OP Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, or French and then migrated, will result in the "Name" field to fail in searches. This has been corrected and migrated charts’ Search works as expected. |
| 322897 | PFTMP-3246 | Roles/User - cannot delete charts | In previous versions, there was an issue where charts could not be deleted due to an issue with Roles. This has been corrected by automatically enabling and then dimming “Unlock all charts” when the “Manage all charts” option is enabled. |
