Problem:
Refresh a csv org chart

Solution
OrgPublisher is designed to allow you to format the org chart and save the formatting selections in a template. When ready to refresh data in the chart but keep the same formatting, all you need to do is overwrite the csv file with the new csv file that contains the updated data.

In Web Administration:

Use the “Import” button, seen below, to upload a new csv file to overwrite the old csv file containing outdated data

*Don’t use the “Delete” button prior to uploading the new csv file if your intention is to refresh the chart data
