Detailed Information
Sometimes when a worksheet owner uses the Set Columns button and adds Fields, the Toolbar disappears, see below.

Cause
There are 2 page elements for worksheet toolbar. One for default worksheet and another one for the worksheets with added columns or when the worksheet data is refreshed.
This is caused when the later one is not visible to the managers.

Resolution
a. Turn on the design mode from Admin > Turn Design Mode on.
b. Navigate to the worksheet.
c. Add a new field using Set Columns feature.image005.jpg
d. Click on the Set Visibility on the toolbar.

e. Note the page element ID starts from dataGridRefresh.image007.jpg


f. Make Default Accessibility to Visible and Save.

Note- Leave it hidden if you do not want managers to save their own private views. This will allow managers to save their own
