How to hide either Salary, Bonus, Stock, Benefits or Total Compensation info from the “3-Year History” matrix that displays the last three years of historical compensation data in the “Compensation” section of the Talent Profile.

As an example, let's remove the "Benefits" row of historical data from the grid below:

To hide any (or all) of the Salary, Bonus, Stock, Benefits or Total Compensation data from the “3 Years History” matrix, let's locate this setting in the “Common Display Value Categories” under the “Data Setup” section of the “Site Administration” group from the Talent Management’s “Site Administration” menu.

Click on the "Edit" icon next to the corresponding entry in the “Compensation Profile Summary Categories” and proceed to Inactivate it:

After saving your changes to the above setting, go back to the Compensation area of the Talent Profile and the "3-Year History" will display as seen below (all the compensation historical summary categories minus the "Benefits" one):
