Talent Management - Incentive
If employee incentive data is not correct or needs to be updated due to exceptions or special situations, it may be necessary to manually add or modify Incentive Plan Codes or Incentive Targets using the steps illustrated below.
Please note that manually modifying or adding incentive plan codes and targets is inherently risky. Ideally these codes should always come from the source system of record, otherwise the next import could update or even delete those records.
This process is only for exception situations where manual override is the only available option.
1 - Navigate to the Talent Profile of the employee requiring modification. Select the Compensation tab and scroll down.
2 - To create a new Incentive target, click Add below the Incentive Targets grid.
3 - Fill in the information in the popup window, then click Save.
4 - To modify an existing target, locate the target and click the Edit icon.
5 - Update the information as needed, then click Save.
6 - To create a new Incentive Plan Code, click Add below the Incentive Plan Codes grid.
7 - Add the necessary information in the popup window, then click Save.
8 - To modify an existing Incentive Plan Code, locate the code requiring update and click the Edit icon
9 - Update as needed, then click Save.
