Missing SAP Hierarchy

Problem
There is no error message. There is only a large portion of the hierarchy missing.
Solution
There are two possible causes:
- Truncation due to more active records than allocated in your license. The OrgPublisher reports this when opening the extracted file. The OPSAP connector shows the number of SAP objects read and the number of records produced. Neither report items say anything about truncation. This has usually been discovered in formatting the chart.
- Records are being filtered. The OPSAP connector has the ability to filter objects based on a particular object ID value or the value of a defined custom field. To see if this is the problem, do an extract of the data at the same starting point but using the baseline output format /ehr/min. If the missing hierarchy shows up, check the output format configuration and adjust your output format accordingly.
To check for filters execute /n/ehr/sol71_img from the command prompt.
Select the Output Format and the double click the Object Filter.
If a pop up window appears, click the green check mark to continue.
Here is an example that filters out someone that filters anyone with an object ID of 50000595 through 50000599. It is important to know that if you filter out person with a reporting structure below that person, the people below the upper level position will also be filtered. Here you can also delete the filter, save, and test the extraction to see if the problem of the missing hierarchy is solved.
