How To Delete A Chart

This article demonstrates how to delete a chart from the system if necessary. Chart users with the appropriate permissions can delete a chart from a Charting web app.

 

The option should be used with extreme caution before deleting a chart. We recommend to make a copy/back up version of your chart before deleting just incase in casey need to reference some configuration settings from it.

 

Details:

To delete a chart:

  1. Go to Home > Web Apps > Web App Name. The Charts page appears.

  2. Click the Delete icon to the left of the chart you want to delete. The Delete Confirmation dialog box appears.

     

     

  3. Click Yes. The chart is deleted.

    The chart will be removed, and users will no longer be able to view or locate it.
