This article demonstrates that a chart administrator can hide a specific position type from the chart's view, if needed. Users with the appropriate permissions can hide a position type from the chart's view.

Here are he steps to hide a position type from the chart's view:

 In OrgPublisherAdministration, navigate to the View in question.

1. To access the General page, go to Home > Web Apps > Web App Name > Chart Name > Views > View Name > General.
   
   
    

2. Click on the "Format and Visibility" tab.
   
   

    

3. Next, click the "Visibility" tab
   
   
    
4. You will remove the checkmark next to the position type name that you want to hide by making sure the check box is unchecked:
   

5. Click the "Save" button

   You must publish the chart to see your changes reflected in the Charting web app.
